  • Extended understanding of crystal growth issues that affected crystal quality
  • Improved furnace diagnostics/controls
  • Demonstrated growth of superior crystals after evaluation of furnace parameter effects on crystal quality

Capabilities Employed to Meet Client Needs: Materials processing and characterization, non-destructive analysis, analytical chemistry, computer modeling.
