PNNL Solution:
- Sensor system that operates without hands-on support
- Embedded microprocessor for automated system operation from simple commands
- Communication system for two-way, radio-based remote control and data acquisition
- Integrate and test with sensor to detect Tc-99 in water samples
Capabilities Employed to Meet Client Needs: electronics design for signal processing, background reduction, controls, and communication; software development for controls, data processing, communications, and data reporting.
